Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Varanasi & Evening Ganga Aarti

Arrive in Varanasi by an afternoon IndiGo flight from New Delhi. (Landing around 4.30pm) Upon arrival, you will be assisted with your transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.
Later in the evening, proceed to the sacred Ghats of the River Ganga. Witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, a powerful spiritual ceremony where lamps, chants, and rituals create an unforgettable divine
atmosphere. Return to the hotel for hot dinner and rest.

Day 2 - Sarnath Excursion

After breakfast, set out for an excursion to Sarnath, one of the holiest Buddhist sites in the world. It is here that Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon (Dharmachakra Pravartan) after attaining enlightenment.
Key attractions include:
• Dhamekha Stupa – Marking the exact spot where Buddha preached his first sermon.
• Chaukhandi Stupa – Built to commemorate Buddha’s meeting with his first disciples.
• Buddhist Temples – Beautiful temples built by various countries reflecting global Buddhist heritage.
• Sarnath Archaeological Museum – Home to the famous Ashokan Lion Capital, India’s national emblem.

Return to Varanasi by afternoon. The rest of the day is at leisure for relaxation. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 3 - Sacred Temples of Varanasi & Transfer to Prayagraj

Begin early with a visit to the iconic Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and the most revered shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. Every Hindu dreams of offering prayers here at least once in their lifetime. Explore the expansive Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, built to connect the temple with the ghats, offering spectacular views.

Continue to the Annapurna Temple, followed by Kal Bhairav Temple, where Lord Bhairav is worshipped as the Kotwal (guardian) of Kashi. Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Later check-out, proceed by road to Prayagraj, the ancient city formerly known as Allahabad. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.

Day 4 -Prayagraj Sightseeing & Transfer to Ayodhya

After breakfast, explore the spiritually and historically significant sites of Prayagraj:
• Triveni Sangam – The sacred confluence of the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and the invisible Saraswati, considered one of the holiest pilgrimage sites in Hinduism.
• Hanuman Temple (Lete Hanuman Ji) – A unique temple where the idol lies in a reclining position.
• Alopi Devi Shaktipeeth – An important Shaktipeeth associated with Goddess Sati.
• Anand Bhavan & Swaraj Bhavan – The ancestral home of the Nehru family, now a museum showcasing India’s freedom struggle.
• Prayagraj Fort – Built by Emperor Akbar, overlooking the Sangam.

Later in the day, drive to Ayodhya, the sacred birthplace of Lord Rama. On arrival, check in to the hotel.
Experience the serene Saryu River Aarti before returning to your hotel for dinner & overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 5 - Full Day Ayodhya Sightseeing

This morning, begin your exploration of Ayodhya - the sacred kingdom of Ikshvaku dynasty and the heart of Lord Rama’s story. Your first stop is Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, the revered birthplace of Lord Rama, a site that has been central to Hindu faith for centuries. Continue to Hanuman Garhi, an important fortress-like temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, believed to guard Ayodhya and its devotees.

Visit the elegant Kanak Bhawan, gifted to Goddess Sita upon her arrival in Ayodhya after marriage, known for its beautiful idols of Sita-Rama. Then explore Janki Bhawan, Guptar Ghat - where Lord Rama is believed to have taken Jal Samadhi - and optionally visit the Tulsi Smarak Bhawan Museum, dedicated to Goswami Tulsidas, author of the Ramcharitmanas.

Day 6 - Departure from Ayodhya

Today you have a relaxed morning. Enjoy your breakfast, check out from the hotel around 12 noon and transfer to Ayodhya Airport for your flight back to Delhi (3:30pm), carrying with you spiritual memories of India’s most sacred cities.
