Tour Price, Registration & Payments
Tour Price, Registration & Payments
To book any tour or service, guests must make payments to SeniorHolidays / WeTrippy Travel Services through approved methods such as cheque, demand draft, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or UPI-based apps (BHIM, PhonePe, GPay, PayTM). All payments must be made in the company’s name. Cash payments in INR are accepted only as per government guidelines with PAN. Outstation cheques are not accepted.
Payments made via credit/debit cards or online transfers attract a convenience fee of 2.8%, while Amex, Diners, and international cards attract a 4% fee.
Tour prices are dynamic and may vary depending on availability at the time of booking. Guests travelling on the same tour may have paid different prices, and no claims will be entertained regarding price variation.
Tour pricing is calculated based on prevailing airline, hotel, and transport tariffs and applicable taxes. Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, visa fees, or forex fluctuations will result in a price revision payable by the guest before departure.
Tour price does not include government taxes, which must be paid additionally. As per current regulations, 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies to all tours/packages.
Additionally, effective 1st October 2020, the Government of India has introduced Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on the GST-inclusive price of international tour packages. Guests who provide PAN, Aadhaar, and have filed ITRs for the previous two financial years are charged 5% TCS. Others may be charged 10%, depending on eligibility. Once collected, the TCS amount is non-refundable as it is paid directly to the Government. It will reflect in the Form 26AS of the guest (Family Head) in whose name the invoice is raised, regardless of who made the payment. Hence while booking, guests must ensure that the family head is selected properly in order to claim the benefit at later stage. TCS Certificate (Form 27D) will be emailed by WeTrippy Travel Services, as per quarterly deadlines:
TCS collected in April to June → Issued by 31st July
TCS collected in July to September → Issued by 31st October
TCS collected in October to December → Issued by 31st January
TCS collected in January to March → Issued by 31st May
The certificate will be sent to the email ID provided in your guest profile and can be used while filing your income tax return.
For online bookings, guests must authenticate all details provided. SeniorHolidays / WeTrippy Travel Services reserves the right to cancel bookings and forfeit payments if misleading or incorrect information is found.
The registration amount collected at the time of booking is non-refundable, interest-free, and varies by tour type. For tours requiring early air or cruise bookings, higher registration amounts apply. Registration guarantees participation but does not guarantee services such as flights, visas, or hotel confirmations until the full tour price is received. Full payment is required 30 days before departure; bookings made within 30 days require 100% payment at the time of booking.
A standard registration deposit of 30% of the net tour price must be paid within three days of booking.
Bookings may be cancelled without notice if full payment is not received within the defined timelines.
For Customized Holidays, full airfare and at least 20% of the land package must be paid to confirm arrangements. Non-payment within the timeline will result in cancellation.
Dishonoured cheques attract a penalty fee (plus GST), payable immediately. International cards or remittances require prior coordination with the team and may attract additional charges.
Guests must not share confidential information such as card numbers, CVV, OTPs, or passwords with any person, including employees or partners. Any loss arising from sharing such details will be solely the guest’s responsibility.
All funds paid to SeniorHolidays / WeTrippy Travel Services become company property and are allocated toward supplier payments, bookings, and operational costs. These funds are not held in trust for the guest.
