Liabilities & Responsibilities

Guest(s) Responsibility

Guest details provided at the time of booking are crucial, as all tour arrangements depend on them. Guests must verify and reconfirm their information to avoid losses or complications. If the booking is made through SeniorHolidays / WeTrippy Travel Services or its partners, guests should ensure they receive an immediate confirmation call and system-generated message.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information—such as name, date of birth, passport/Aadhaar/PAN details, and financial documents required for visa processing. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours. Costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information, including amendments or cancellations, will be borne by the guest.

Guests must submit all required documents within the specified timelines and collect all necessary travel documents before the tour. They must also carry original identification documents, valid passports with visas, air tickets, insurance details, NOCs for minors (if applicable), vaccination or medical certificates, and any legally required documents. Photocopies should also be kept both in-person and at home as backup.

Guests should choose group tours or customized holidays that align with their personal preferences. Group tours follow fixed itineraries and services, while customized holidays are arranged through local partners without a Tour Manager unless requested at an additional cost. Guests must remain in touch with SeniorHolidays / WeTrippy Travel Services representatives during FIT travel.

Appropriate conduct is expected during group tours. Any abusive, aggressive, or harmful behavior towards co-travellers, staff, or partners may result in cancellation or removal from the tour without refund.
Carrying illegal or restricted items such as drugs, weapons, or explosives is strictly prohibited and will result in tour termination and possible legal action.

Guests must follow scheduled timings and Tour Manager instructions. Any missed services or expenses caused by delays will be at the guest’s responsibility. Damages caused to hotel property, transport, attractions, or public/private facilities—whether intentional or accidental—must be compensated immediately by the guest.

Any inconvenience during the tour should be reported immediately to the Tour Manager for prompt assistance wherever possible.

Guests acknowledge the natural risks associated with travel, including transportation hazards, natural forces, differing safety and sanitation standards, political disturbances, wildlife interaction, and limited medical access in remote areas. Participation in the tour implies acceptance of these risks.

If a guest is unable or not permitted to enter a country due to legal, immigration, or governmental reasons, any resulting loss or missed services will be the guest’s responsibility. Guests also agree not to pursue claims against SeniorHolidays / WeTrippy Travel Services, its affiliates, or personnel for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the tour.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Any insurance claims must be handled directly with the provider, and decisions by the insurer are final.

Due to global restrictions on baggage size and weight, guests are advised to travel light. Porterage or tipping, where applicable, must be paid directly by the guest. Tipping is customary unless specified otherwise in the itinerary.

Friends or relatives visiting guests during the tour may only use services with prior permission and payment, subject to availability.
This agreement is binding on guests and their legal heirs.
Guests should carry adequate funds for personal expenses, shopping, optional activities, and emergencies.
