Airline

For our group tours, we partner with airlines that are conducive to group travel. All tours operate on economy class by default. Guests wishing to upgrade to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class may do so at an additional cost, subject to availability. Meals and refreshments during flights are provided as per airline policy. We recommend carrying light snacks for added convenience.

Transport

Transfers and sightseeing are arranged using small cars, Tempo Travellers, or mini/big coaches depending on the group size. Coach seating is allocated based on booking order. Seats 1 & 2 are reserved for the Tour Manager/Tour Guide. Guests who prefer a private vehicle or wish to upgrade their vehicle category may do so at an additional charge, subject to availability.

Sightseeing & Attractions

Due to evolving local conditions, some monuments or attractions may close without prior notice. At times, high visitor traffic or changes in reservation systems may restrict access. In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative visit or provide a refund for the entry fee.

Hotels

Our selected hotels are comfortable and have been well-reviewed by previous guests. International tours typically feature a mix of 3-star, 3-star superior, and basic 4-star properties. Kindly review hotel details prior to confirming your booking.

Room Sharing

In certain cases, single travellers of the same gender may be required to share rooms. Guests are advised to read and follow the guidelines outlined in the instruction sheet and the terms & conditions.

Meals

Meals are provided from Day 1 until the final day, as mentioned in the itinerary. While meals are usually served at restaurants, packed meals may be arranged when required for smooth tour operation. Breakfast on European tours is typically continental; lunches and dinners may be Indian, Indian with a local dish, local cuisine, or occasionally fast-food options such as Subway or McDonald’s.

Visa

Our dedicated Visa Facilitation Team assists guests each month with documentation, application, submission, and passport collection (where permitted). Please note that visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective consulate or embassy. SeniorHolidays / WeTrippy Travel Services is not responsible for any delays or rejections. In such situations, standard cancellation charges will apply. Guests are strongly advised to begin the visa process immediately after booking. Guests receiving passports directly from the consulate must verify visa validity, entry type (Single/Double/Multiple), and correctness. Guests with self-arranged visas, pre- existing visas, or those opting for Joining & Leaving (J&L) arrangements must also ensure proper visa validity aligned with travel dates. Deviation travellers (those returning early or staying longer) should confirm visa validity as per their individual schedules.

Upgradations During the Tour

  • Flights: Upgrades to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class are available at additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Cruise: Standard cabins generally include a porthole or balcony. Upgrades to higher categories are available at extra cost & subject to availablity.
  • Trains: Train travel is in Standard Class. Upgrades to Standard Premier or Business Premier may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Vehicles: Private vehicles or upgraded transport options can be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability.
