GENERAL TERMS

• No bookings have been made at this stage. Prices are subject to change at the time of final confirmation.
• The above itinerary is a suggested plan and may be modified during actual execution.
• This quotation is not valid if the total group size is fewer than 12 paid travellers.
• Room availability and rates can only be confirmed after receiving your formal acceptance.
• All rates quoted are net and non-commissionable.
• Prices are not applicable during trade fairs, congresses, or special event periods.
• Standard hotel check-in time on this tour is 15:00 hrs.
• Hotel breakfasts will be served either in the main dining hall or a separate group room, as per the hotel’s discretion.
• This is a Group Tour. The coach operates strictly on a point-to-point basis.
• The driver/guide will take the group from the hotel after breakfast, proceed with the day’s sightseeing, and return to the hotel only after dinner.
• Guests wishing to return to the hotel before the scheduled group meal (lunch or dinner) may do so at their own expense. SeniorHolidays or its local partners will not refund or compensate for missed meals, transport, or taxi costs incurred by the guest.
• Guests are strongly advised to carry only one suitcase and one handbag per person. Porterage is not included in any of our Group Tours, especially international tours; guests must handle their own luggage during check-in and check-out.
• All group departures are time-bound. Guests must adhere to the timings provided by the Tour Manager. If any guest is delayed and the group departs as scheduled, SeniorHolidays or its partners will not be responsible for missed services or provide any refund.
• Sightseeing will not be repeated once completed.
• No reservations have been made yet. All hotels remain subject to availability at the time of booking.

Exclusions / Additional Costs Not Included in the Tour Price

• Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or any newly applicable taxes introduced by the government.
• Any upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, as well as any airline deviation charges.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange that results in higher land arrangement costs prior to departure.
• Costs for pre-tour or post-tour hotel accommodation.
• Any additional expenses arising from route changes, airline changes, date amendments, accommodation changes, or other unforeseen and unavoidable force majeure circumstances during the tour.
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature, and any food or beverages not included in the group menu.
• Any extra expenses incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or personal emergency.
• Charges for any services, activities, or optional excursions not included in the group tour itinerary.
• For guests opting for direct joining, airport transfer costs will be borne by the guest. They are required to join the group directly at the hotel.

Booking Terms

• At the time of booking: 30% of the tour package amount (non-refundable)
• 45 days before the tour date: 60% of the tour package amount
• 30 days before the tour date: Remaining 10% of the tour package amount

Cancellation Policy

• The booking amount is non-refundable.
• 30 days or more before the departure date: Only the booking amount will be retained; any amount paid over and above the booking amount will be refunded.
• 29 days to the departure date (including same day): No refund will be applicable.
