The main group will depart from New Delhi, and guests are responsible for reaching Delhi on their own. However, Guwahati is well-connected to major cities across India. If you’d prefer to join us from another city, just let us know—we’d be happy to arrange your travel at no additional cost.

The following terms the terms for this tour:
- Before 45 Days from the date of departure, a deposit of minimum 35% of the total tour cost, per person, is required to secure your booking.
- If you are booking the tour 1 to 30 days prior to the start of the tour – (ie. Tour Departure Date), you are obligated to pay the full tour package amount (less any advance, already paid).
- Failure to pay the full amount may result in the cancellation of your booking, with the company retaining any amounts paid.
Tour Cancellation Terms:
If SeniorHolidays cancels this particular tour, we promise to refund 100% of the amount you’ve paid, up to the time of cancellation.
However, if you decide to cancel your participation in the tour, SeniorHolidays will help you get a refund for the amount you’ve already paid, minus any third-party fees. You can also choose to apply that amount toward a future holiday booking with us at your convenience, without any obligation, based on the cancellation terms below:
- Cancellations made 45 days prior to travel incur a charge of 10% of the tour value.
- Cancellations made within 44 to 30 days of travel incur a charge of 50% of the tour value.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of travel are non-refundable.
